Professional Trainings
As a busy program director or clinical supervisor you want to feel confident that your staff is well trained but it can be difficult to find quality, cost-effective, services.
As a result, most agencies end up spending several hundred dollars per staff member paying for trainings that could be provided to the entire staff, on site, at close to the same cost it would take to train one person.
Adaptation offers expertise in the treatment of mental health and substance abuse disorders with a specific focus on the treatment of depression, substance abuse, and working with resistant clients.
Whether you are interested helping your staff to develop core competencies, or would like more advanced trainings to hone specific counseling skills, Adaptation can help. Call Adaptation at 240-547-7497 or send an email to emarks@adaptationlife.com to schedule one of the trainings below or request a custom training to meet your specific needs.
